Planning Executive

Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Manager to prepare for planning, design and budget for management approval
  • Coordinate with all the consultants for developing the planning layout and building design
  • Coordinate and follow up with all the local authorities for procurement of approval
  • Prepare cost plan/ cash flow and timelines
  • Inviting proposal from consultants and process consultants’ claims
  • Coordination works with all departments on the management documents for daily operation works
  • Prepare monthly reports and slides presentation

Requirements

  • Degree in Town Planning
  • Strong project management skills with knowledge of planning guidelines and local authority submission, cost, schedule & construction coordination
  • Working experience in Consultant Firm (Town Planner) or developer firm is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Technical skills in Microsoft projects, Power points and AutoCAD and other computer skill
  • Independent and willing to work in a fast pace environment with strict deadlines to meet
