KLK Land is the property business of the reputable Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad (KLK). KLK is a Malaysia-based conglomerate with a global presence and a total workforce of about 47,000 people. KLK started out as a plantation company back in 1906 and today, plantation remains as the Group’s core business. In the 1990s, KLK diversified into resource-based manufacturing (oleochemicals, derivatives and specialty chemicals) as well as property development to capitalise on the strategic location of its landbank.
With active participation in the residential and commercial property sector since the 1990s, KLK Land has since jointly developed the prestigious Sierramas neighbourhood, and subsequently Desa Coalfields and the ongoing Bandar Seri Coalfields and Caledonia townships.
