Part-Time – Business Development

Job Title: Part Time (3 months) – Business Development Assistant

Job Scope:

1.Business Development Support:

Conduct in-house research on industry trends, market opportunities, and competitor activities.

Compile and analyze data to support feasibility studies and investment decisions.

Assist in identifying new business opportunities, including potential clients, partnerships, and land acquisitions (if applicable).

Support the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and tender documents.

Draft and format letters, memos, and internal reports

2.General Administrative Duties:

Compile basic reports on outreach performance, customer interest, and potential leads.

Provide clerical support to the business development and marketing teams.

Ensure accurate and timely data entry and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with phone-based outreach and professional email writing.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively
