Oversee and support enterprise software to facilitate effective business operations.
Provide technical support for computer hardware, software and IT peripherals, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and management of security and network devices.
Collaborate with business units to identify their needs and assist in basic software development tasks aimed at implementing process improvements.
Manage IT inventories and licenses and oversee the disposal of fixed assets.
Assist with IT-related tasks and provide onsite support as needed.
Requirements
Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Experience: 2-3 years of working experience in the related field.
Skills:
Familiarity with enterprise software is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
