Responsibilities
- Supervise and carry out site inspection for all M&E works carried out as scheduled and in accordance to drawings, specifications and requirements.
- Assist and report to project team on M&E related matters and the progress of M&E works.
- To review coordinated drawing between M&E, architectural and structural prepared by contractor, and highlight any foreseeable issue.
- To overview the completeness of M&E submission including but not limited to drawing submission, material submission, method statement, sample board, mock up prior to related work done on site.
- Collaborate with consultant and authorities on M&E works.
- To liaise with End User/Consultant/Architect/Contractor to resolve M&E technical issues.
- To support inspection for the M&E works with End User/Consultant representative.
- To issue Site Memo / NCR, Correspondence to relevant parties regarding any M&E issues.
- To highlight any issue related to M&E works on contractor’s work schedule, supplies and materials when applicable.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed.
- Any assignment as deemed fit and necessary by the Management.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Professional Certificate / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in similar position or related field.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in Commercial Project.
- Preferably with IOW M&E Cert.
- Preferably experience in Retail Mall.
- Required Skill(s): Computer literature, excellent communication skill and teamworks.
(This Position is based at Bandar Seri Coalfields, Sg Buloh, Selangor)
