Job Title: Part Time (3 months) – Telemarketing
Job Scope:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients/customers to promote products, services, or campaigns.
Follow up on marketing leads to schedule appointments or gather further information.
Handle basic customer inquiries and redirect complex issues to relevant departments.
Maintain a call log and update the CRM system with feedback and status of calls.
Assist in conducting surveys and collecting market feedback.
Compile basic reports on outreach performance, customer interest, and potential leads.
Provide clerical support to the business development and marketing teams.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry and documentation.
