IT Executive

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support enterprise software to facilitate effective business operations.
  • Provide technical support for computer hardware, software and IT peripherals, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and management of security and network devices.
  • Collaborate with business units to identify their needs and assist in basic software development tasks aimed at implementing process improvements.
  • Manage IT inventories and licenses and oversee the disposal of fixed assets.
  • Assist with IT-related tasks and provide onsite support as needed.

Requirements

  • Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Skills:
    Familiarity with enterprise software is a plus.
    Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
    Good interpersonal and communication skills.
    Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
    Demonstrated common sense and sound judgment in decision-making and troubleshooting.
    Proactive & able to work with minimum supervision.
    Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
    Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
